How does Sessio decide what belongs together?
It looks at when each photo and video was taken. Pictures taken close together in time become one session.
Does Sessio delete anything?
No, never. Sessio never deletes or changes your photos and videos. When you give a session a colour, its photos and videos are added to an album in a folder called Sessio in Photos, and they stay exactly where they were in your library. Sessio only takes a photo out of an album when you move it in Sessio.
How do I give a session a colour?
Hold a session, then drag it onto a colour. You can also select sessions and tap a colour. With VoiceOver or Switch Control, use Move to a colour on any session.
I deleted a Sessio album by mistake.
That is fine. Sessio makes the album again, and your photos and videos were never removed from your library.
Sessio cannot see some of my photos and videos.
If you allowed access to only some photos and videos, Sessio works with those. To change it, open Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Photos, then Sessio.
Premium still locked after buying?
Tap Restore Purchases, in Settings in Sessio or on the Premium screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Premium, and that your iPhone is online for a moment. If it is still locked, Apple can help at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I have a new phone, or I installed Sessio again.
Sessio asks: "Pick up where you left off, or start fresh?" Starting fresh moves your old albums into a folder named after the month and year, such as "Sessio · Oct 2026". Nothing is emptied or deleted.
Is Premium a subscription?
No. Premium is a one-time purchase that never renews.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does Sessio upload my photos and videos?
Never. Everything stays on your phone. The privacy policy has the details.
