Your photos and videos stay yours
Sessio claims no right to your photos or videos. Sessio never deletes or changes your photos and videos, and never copies or sends them anywhere.
Using Sessio
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Sessio on your Apple devices, as the Apple agreement allows. Please do not copy, change, reverse engineer or resell Sessio, or use it to break the law.
Premium
Sessio is free to use with Unsorted, Red, Yellow and Blue. Premium unlocks Green, Purple and Orange.
Prices are shown in the App Store before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
Premium is a one-time purchase. You pay once, and it never renews. There is no subscription.
Use Restore Purchases, in Settings or on the Premium screen, to get Premium back on a new device or after reinstalling Sessio. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded, sessions you already coloured with a premium colour stay as they are and you can still view and move them, but you can't give other sessions a premium colour.
No guarantee
Sessio is provided as it is. It groups what it sees in your Photos library, so please keep your own backups of photos and videos you care about. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or damage from using Sessio, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid for Sessio in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ending and changes
You can stop using Sessio at any time by deleting it. We may update Sessio, change Premium, or stop offering it. We may update these terms, and if you keep using Sessio after an update you accept the new version.
